Which Talent? Is there any footballer that doesn't have talent. When I watch Sterling play there is absolutely nothing exceptional about him. Just an average player covered by a good system unlike say Leroy sane. You see how exceptional he is. 50million is just English hype and bias even a useless player like Maguire is worth 70million+ .
