Use your head, my post is balanced, i didn't justify the church. But slapping an old woman is not the way forward especially for a person who calls herself a judge. She should have handled them over to a police not assualt them herself.

That church knows what they are doing they're what we called 'onisolenu' in yoruba... They deliberately provoked her so as to tag her that she is against God.

We all know churches and mosque should be regulated with the noises. It is becoming too much. Any sound in the church or mosque or event halls should only be for the audience, anything more than that is noise pollution.

But all the same, she allowed herself to be provoked and misbehaved, i really think she did all what was said against her, she's only trying to use her knowledge of law to manipulate the whole thing.
We know women like that in the society, trouble makers especially when such women have little authority, they don't respect their husbands or elderly people anymore and they look down on everyone.

Of course, if they don't want to fight her knowing that she is a Judge of the court appeal, she can assault them without them retaliating and she was with her police orderly by the way. Just look at her picture with ranting a stick in her hands, does she look like the victim or the aggressor here? Go look at that picture and you'll clearly see that she is definitely the aggressor. the old woman she assaulted is seen in the pic lying on the floor yet you want me to believe that the old woman waa the aggressor and not the one visibly holding a weapon

there's no law saying one cannot hold a stick show me her pic hitting anybody I have to tell you she have all the evidence against the church the noise on Sunday church Monday fellowship Tuesday service Wednesday service Thursday fellowship Friday service and Saturday all night I will advice her to file a lawsuit at at the state high court asap against the church

Another shallow thought from you. You're only making yourself appear dumb. I know her right was trample upon, nobody wants noise. I already said that in the post.
But saying the slapping is a ruse is shallow thinking. If she was provoked, anybody can go into a church which could result into slapping.
If she is one of these women who are proud and make troubles.
Then with her position again, she know everyone will fear her.
Then anyone can go into a church and slap people, knowing it's a church and everyone will want to run away from trouble. It's a church don't talk as if it's a military camp. If you slap a person in a church, worst thing is the person to slap you back or they try and curb you. Use your sense.

I am too wise to judge others on hearsay, people like you judge others based on appearance and are mostly involved in jungle justice.

She said she's been living in that house for 34yrs yet the previous publication claimed she moved in 10 years ago.

She also said she was living in the house even before the church foundation was laid on a canal which is illegal. You chose to ignore all these facts but prefer judging who is an aggressor based on one's occupation or picture.

Lots of illetrates simpletons on this forum on a daily basis. I never portray character of women. I didn't say all women are trouble makers
I said SOME women are trouble makers, tomorrow, if we see another news, we may say, some men too are trouble makers, some kids are trouble makers etc.
It's not a statement targeted at women or any gender, just something we say all the time.

She should tell us more. She forgot to tell us what she was doing with that stick. She has right over her property,same way the church has right to use their own property in their own ways. Though, church should respect other peoples right in propagating the gospel.

Against God ké? Some years back there used to be a Church opposite my house, from Sunday to Saturday there is an activity with their loudspeakers on full blast and vigils every night. I approached them that the neighbourhood has right to a quiet environment and they said no one can stop the work of God. Then an "anonymous notice" was pasted on the gate of the Church that they would be sued alongside the owner of the property they are using for violating the environmental laws of the State. They respected themselves and reduced their noise drastically before packing out.

From the Picture above, the Judge was Outside the church compound , and merely extended her hands over the short fence and its railings, how then did Female pastor now get mualed down on the floor and acting like she has been paralyzed

Rubbish. That s particular branch of a church is having space management issue with a neighbor does not call for sweeping generalisation.
Eventhough some are known to be highly insensitive to the plight of Thier neighbours, it should be on record that majority are not

The denominations you excepted are not all 100% absolved of such issues. I think it is just time for churches to handle with seriousness the issue of noise and parking spaces. My church have to create a parking space within our compound for another church to prevent them from blocking the road every time.. Why should churches mounts speaker s outside to disturb people? The fact that Muslims are going it does not make it right for us as Christians to do. We must demonstrate by our actions that we are law abiding and not encroach on other people's property .
