Mother of Emir of Ilorin, Alhaja Aishat Nma Sulukarnaini Gambari, has reportedly died in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital.

Alhaja Aishat Gambari, mother of Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, was said to have died on Monday evening at the age of 124.

Alhaja Gambari was the granddaughter of the late 7th Emir of Ilorin, daughter of the late 8th Emir of Ilorin, wife of the late 9th Emir of Ilorin, sister of the late 10th Emir of Ilorin, and mother of the 11th Emir of Ilorin.
