As N243.8 Billion Paris Refund was shared among Nigerian States, Sir ( Engr. ) Seyi MAkinde has received a total amount of Seven Billion, Nine Hundred and One Million, Six Hundred and Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred and Sixty Four Naira, Twenty Five Kobo Only (# 7,901,609,864.25) has Oyo State share from the Paris/London Club refund, westerdailynews confirmed.

The last tranche of the Paris/London Club refund from the Nigerian government to Oyo state is (out of the sum ) expected to settle outstanding workers salaries, tertiary institutions backlogs , part payment for pensioners and other debts incurred by last administration in the state.

simple....Paucity of funds.......Oyo uses 100% of its federal allocation for salary, and its not enough except when the allocation reaches 5billion....for pensioners, their money has been embezzled by PDP agents before Ajimobi came in, the case is still in court
