Believe me, they are not a room self contained goes for 300k and above so you don't expect 1 bedroom to be lesser....
But this cost issue also contribute to a lot of houses staying empty for long

In terms of accomodation Abuja is d most expensive place to live in Nigeria .It is in Abuja u will see 5 people living in one room and sharing the house rent accordingly..

Every country's capital city is expensive, eg, London, Washington, New York, Dublin etc
