This is bad enough! Racism is bad, but tribalism is worse! It is tearing Black Africa to shreds and has caused so much bloodshed! How can Black people gain the respect and acceptance of the world when they have not learnt to respect and accept one another unconditionally! In fact, the first time the colour of my skin was noticed was when I arrived in Nigeria - you'd know what Nigerians are like with making up nicknames based on the colour of skin. What I have found working abroad is that the quality of my brain and my ability to reason overcomes any prejudice anyone might have because of the colour of my skin.
