Long day I guess. Let's have feedback from those that did theirs today.

We were about 35 people that did the interview yesterday. I don't think it was a competency based interview. I really don't know what they were looking for. Let's just keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best.

I do think this programme in question is for conversion of contract staffs into core staffs.

No one knows yet. You sure will know when it starts. Just be hopeful you get an invite.
