One way thinking. Why didn't Tinubu 's ACN win presidential elections in the past? It takes a Buhari to garner such ridiculous numbers in the north in 2015 and has nothing exceptionally good to do with Tinubu. A lot of factors favoured Buhari including OBJ factor.
