Please, I would like to know accredited centres in Ibadan where authentic yellow card can be obtained. Any with a genuine information should please help out.

Thanks...I just came across a document showing the following centres and I feel it will be useful to others in the future. The centre you mentioned is among them as well:

-The Health Centre, The Polytechnic, Jericho Nursing Home

-Military Hospital, Oke-Ado

-Onireke Health Office

-State Health Office (Epidemiological Unit)

- University Health Services, University of Ibadan
