Well my dear, i clicked on the application link for Credit Supervisor, and it took me to the application form page. Kindly see pix below.

I suggest u try it again. Maybe u were mistakenly clicking the wrong stuff. Also, it seems ur phone needs upgrade, because the application page uses google forms.

Please could u try with another phone?
