Please I want to know the causes and effects of incessant headache

Depends. Explain how often it returns etc.

Most likely it occurs from sleeplessness,insomnia, lack of adequate body care,too much hustle and bustle.

Want to kill it? Alabukun

Alabukun plus mid day naps in between during periods it comes and goes would help reduce it.

Also boost your blood strength by eating good meals and plenty of good foods. If your blood/body is deprived of adequate nutrients,it occurs.

If all this fails,go Spiritual.

BTW excessive migraine kills,so take it serious

Go and check your blood pressure asap..might be symptoms of an incoming stroke.

Stay away from cigars
Reduce or stay away from alcohol
Stay away from junk foods
Stop over thinking.

Most definately a migraine. You won't know how bad it is until it affects your ability to concentrate or make good decisions.

Believe me, you're not alone. Its terrible that I have to go through all that everyday, probably cause of stress. I mean, its a really crazy thing to deal with.

somewhere in your body, there isnt enough carbon or hydrogen or oxygen. most of the pieces of advice u have already gotten may help, but first try to find out what the problem actually is.
