APC fought hard to stop Uche Nwosu from winning Governor yet he still won but was shortchanged by manipulating results in some areas. If not for the vigilance of Orlu people at Inec they intended manipulating the Senatorial election clearly won by Okorocha and when they couldn't succeed asked the officer to ckaim he announced the results under duress.

Okorocha's money politics of rigging only worked in few parts of his Orlu enclave same way he used same tactics to manipulate and rigg the 2015 elections by only winning with less than 50K votes with the help of Ararume, Hope, Osita etall.
Without holding a political post, he defeated a serving money bag Senator to get the ticket.
Let me not go further than this, have it at the back of your mind that PDP will govern IMO for the next 30 yrs and beyond.
Be rest assured that Ihedioha will be governor for 8 yrs, if you can't handle that fact just avoid him .

Non of the candidates won any election outside their zone.
Considering the might of the other reasonable candidates involved, you should not expect a flawless victory.

I wasn't shocked on Tuesday. I enjoyed it rather. I wonder how some of you take this politics and it's twists. As just onlookers and at best party members some will almost have heart attack what then happens if you are a candidate?

Without the contestation, the inauguration would have been very dry. Imagine Lawan/gbaja just went unopposed. I am a democrat before leaning to any party. The processes in an election/democracy are far more of interest than the outcome.
