Tears As Igbere TV Editor Buries Father Shot Dead By Unknown Gunmen(Photos)

Igbere TV Editor, Comrade Chukwu Ogbu, on Friday, buried his father in Orieagu, Ohaozara, Ebonyi State.

Igbere TV recalls that in April, unknown gunmen stormed his shop in a broad day light and assassinated  the retired police officer.

Igbere TV gathered that he was shot and left in the pool of his  blood.

During the burial ceremony, the Executive Director of Igbere TV, Emeh James Anyalekwa asked God to give the family the fortitude to bear the great loss.

Anyalekwa also asked  security operatives to ensure that those behind the nefarious and dastardly act are arressted.

In his words,

"It's a very sad day for the Igbere TV family because what affects one person, affects all of us. That's why we decided to come here to console you over the death of your father. "

"When I received the devastating and shocking report in April about how unknown gunmen assassinated your father in a broad day light, I felt bad because our security operatives are really lagging behind."

"I charge the security operatives to ensure that those behind this nefarious act are arressted to face the full wrath of the law."

"May God give the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss ", he added.

Also, the Management and Staff of Igbere TV urged Chukwu not to give up in this trying time which devil wants to use and destabilize him.

They also charge the security agencies to investigate the killing and arrest the criminals.
