I am interested. What facilities are to be shared in the apartment; Kitchen, toilet, etc. Is there constant water, light and how secured is the compound (fenced?)

Kitchen, living room, toilet shared. There's power supply to a large extent and there's generator. There's bore-hole water supply. Interlocked compound with fence. Proximity to road.

Do I take it that the same advert that was placed in November 2018 had no one interested since then or you changed you mind at some point and now re-advertising this shared apartment again in June 2019.
