This your lie carry weight, we were giving training manuals and a synopsis booklet in the training how come your PDF copy?

There is no where in the manual one was asked to send results every hour, the card readers have number of people accredited not results.

This INEC budget breakdown could be denied by INEC as it was not signed nor released with official letter head paper and there was no traces that it was obtained or downloaded from INEC Website
