I wouldn't fault you for defending your point. But this is what he filled at the tribunal. Even if you say it's just an extract i.e his results and that of Buhari alone, then the question of Total Number of Voters acreditated comes to mind. I personally don't see any reasoning here, but let the lawyers do their work.

* 20th, March 2019, APC accused Atiku of hacking into INEC's Server through Russian hackers.

* 14th, April 2019, the results released by Atiku is not from OUR SERVER.

* 16th, April 2019, Atiku releases INEC Servers address

* 23th, April 2019, 13 INEC Presiding Officers (PO) for Borno and Yobe testified they transmitted results electronically to INEC Server.

* 27th, April 2019, Electronic transmission of results illegal ~ Festus Keyamo.

* 25th May, APC drags Atiku/PDP to Police, DSS over INEC Server hacking.

AND NOW .....

Atiku - Abeg, I want to inspect INEC Server

INEC - We don't have any Server.

I think there is need to clarify issues here...

INEC's position is that it did not 'collate & transmit results' electronically & not that it does not have servers (I humbly stand to be corrected).

Servers in the context of this matter also covers emails, website maintenance & other internet based applications that do not necessarily have to deal with collation & transmission of election results...

So what Atiku needs to prove is that collated results were sent (transmitted) over the internet to a central system in Abuja...

You stand to be corrected, INEC said they have no server that they cannot give what they don't have. Nigerians like to shift the goalpost, Atiku doesn't need to prove anything at least not now, what is in contention now is the inspection of the election materials of which the server is one of them, whether he will find the evidence he needs that is his problem but Nigeria law empowered him to do so. For INEC to say they don't have server is the most retarded, irresponsible and demanding for such high profile case. Any computerize data has a server.

Atiku is asking for a specific information on a specific server... That is what INEC said they do not have...

Your line of argument should be like the other fellow who quoted me, & that is whatever server inec may have should be rendered, but this might necessitate atiku amending his request to have access any server INEC might have rather than a specific server used for the sole purpose of collation & transmission of results which is atiku's request...

I have seen this video before & I have also had the same position that inec has something to hide on the matter, that however does not conclusively answer the question if inec actually followed through on the transmission of results to the so called central server...

Mind you, atiku has a fairly reasonable case & I hope that regardless of the outcome, it helps build up coherent systems & procedures in the electoral process.

First I'm neither Igbo nor a supporter of Atiku before some tribalists start mentioning me irrationally; as a matter of fact I voted for Buhari and argued so many times in his favor in 2015.

To my point, Atiku's server results may have been falsified or the figures may have been inflated, but one thing is certain and it's the fact that there is a 'Server' and that 'Server' as far as I learned stores results transmitted. INEC has seized every opportunity to deny the fact that it has a server. Why would INEC instruct POs to transmit results if the transmitted results were only going to hang in the air? There's no need denying the existence of a 'Server' unless INEC has something to hide.

My brother, I have read your write up and your level of English showed you have a very sound mind. Leave this zombies alone, they are very shallow in their thinking.

N1.37 billion was budgeted for nationwide replacement of servers for 25 states and National Data Centre, N99.7 million for an upgrade of the server version of OpenVR for compatibility with new Dell server, and N800 million for the migration of voter registration database from MySQL Open Source to OracleDB (both database administration services).

INEC also budgeted N157.5 million for the renewal and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, with budget code 230709. Inec scammed us with this budget.
