MY BUDGET IS N1.5m

I want to buy a Toyota RAV4 model from maybe 2004-2009.

Automatic Transmission.

Preferably one USED LOCALLY here in Nigeria.

The Mileage should be at most 110,000



Can anyone please tell me where I can get a genuine seller with the correct registered documents for the car in Lagos?

Some of the ones I liked unfortunately were already sold. Frankly, it's all getting confusing. I called someone and he quoted a suspiciously low price.
