It means words per minute. This is based on the typing test for customer rep role

By the way, the mail that was sent isn't too exciting because it is not everyone who passed the test that would proceed to the phone interview stage. I am not sure that is fair.

Exactly how I felt when I received the mail. But then, hoping for the best while expecting the worst.. Anything can happen.

No phone interview date for now. I am hopeful. Still have till tomorrow.

I think everybody was supposed to write a test, perhaps you didn’t get a link to write it, you should have reapplied with a different mail. I had the same issue but I sent a mail, and they told me to apply with a different account
