This is the Wodaabe people, a nomadic people belonging to the Fulani ethnic group.

These men are trying to look as beautiful (see: makeup) as possible so that a woman can pick them to be her partner.

Faces being pulled here are to make their noses look longer, eyes bigger. And married women are free to pick another man as husband.
