I regret being a dstv subscriber because of the company's exploitation and I will stop paying subscription for 2 of my decoders. My explora stopped powering on the 25th of May 2019 and I called dstv customer care same day to suspend my account and the lady who answered confirmed it was done and directed me to take the decoder to wuse 2 dstv office since its nearer to Nasarawa where I reside. The decoder was still under warranty and it was replaced on the 14th of June, almost 3wks of my request for account suspension. The customer care attendant never told me to send a mail for account suspension only for my channels to go off on 16th June 2019 and when I called customer care the attendant said I was disconnected for non payment for no fault of mine. This is great injustice and fraud because I officially contacted the company and the staff assured me it was done and directed me on next line of action which I followed and upon getting a replacement I requested for reactivation there in DSTV office and the young man said it was done. Our government should stop exploitation of our people by DSTV, Electricity distribution Discos and others |
