The Tz zuzus with their lethargic thinking are dreaming about electric trains when they dont have ample power in the first place. The same geniuses see Ethiopian trains stalling on the rail due to power outages, and Ethiopia produces way more power than Tanzania and I think Kenya as well.

The Govt in Borno built 2,500 houses and brought IDPs to occupy them . They established more than 40 mega schools so the kids of IDPs could learn. They are also building industrial hubs where those parents could get great jobs.
