please I need help, for some month I have been trying to solve sent SMS on my tecno w3. I mistakingly tapped something when trying to send SMS to a Short code number I tapped NO when message wanted to deliver ever since I can't send messages on my phone. any solution?

I did research all I see is I disabled premium delivery SMS but I can find it on my tecno w3

i was asked to confirm the sending of a short message that might result in extra charges. But I rushed and involuntarily tap “No” along with “Remember my choice”, which instantly block all future attempts of sending a premium SMS.

It's simple just go to setting, click on app then look for message when you find message,click on storage, then click on clear data
Mind you all your messages would be lost

Am having the same issue with my Gionee m5 mini, till now I can't send short code SMS, pls help me out

Mind you all your messages would be lost

still didn't work. I have done series of research on this issue people that have encountered same problem was able to solve it by turning on premium SMS service from setting>app manager>SMS service premium service. just unfortunate my phone does not have SMS service

what version of android is your phone using?
try this from phone settings>app manager>message service or just message > special access or you see premium SMS service > allow.

I've done all that but still no solution but I just once and for all format the phone. Thanks all

repeat the same process but instead of clicking on storage click on permissions if any permission is off turn it on
