Early mid morning today, pandemonium broke out in Ajah, as suspected land grabbers put a sour taste in the mouth of the morning which is bound to linger in the mind of some families for a long time if not forever. This may not be unrelated to the recent death of the Olumegbon of Ajah

The Fracas started as could be observed from the road leading to Badore just close to the Jubilee bridge. As road users and street hawkers commenced running helper skelter to either saves their wares or their heads. It would suffice to say that one of the thugs was being chased as at then towards the Ilaje area.

Normalcy seemed to return after the 15-20 haywire and hysterical mumbo-jumbo... People who had life insurance tend to resume their normal business and those who don't grouped in three's and fours' to tête ä tête about what they witnessed and a way forward.

Soon enough for you to finish a Pepsi and two doughnuts, + barley a five minutes rest, a loud wail was heard in Rama being towards the Baale's abode which of course is called palace...

In an instant, there was rushing of the feet Admist trembling and utter jittery. Throngs of people again rushed to where the sound was heard from. On getting to the baale's palace, yours faithfully didn't meet the storyline but there was a gory sight to behold as disturbing as it can be to the faint hearted and a very sad story to even the strongest of men.

There laid a man with a piece of local cloth (Ankara wrapper, ''iro" who has been burnt to bad and on his Sojourn to meet his former generation of ancestors.... It was so bad, so bad as he laid in eternal rest/damnation or unto a higher plane of existence on a wheel barrow... Not a happy ending for not even for anyone no matter what the offence, dumped in front of the baale's front yard. A woman could be seen throwing her guts out as she couldn't withstand the sight. Bad as it can be.

Normalcy has returned which could in turn be a short lived one.
Residents are advised to tread with caution as there could reprisal attack(s). It is better to be safe than sorry.
Oh ye' true and well meaning Nigerians. Help us rent the news as high as it can be, table it on all discussions
