go straight to the bank and report. the bank in collaboration with the police will nab the thief using the CCTV footage

my guy once withdraw some cash from his mum's account. the woman went to the bank to ascertain what happened, she threatened that heavens will fall if they didn't explain what happened to her but as soon as they played the cctv footage, the woman saw how the money was withdrawn by her son. the bank was about to swing into action by tracking the culprit but the woman restrained them, she told them that the culprit was her son

Is it the physical withdrawal of cash or online transaction? Whichever the one, you have to look at the people around you, the ones that have access to your ATM card, your Phone and your passwords(ATM and phone)

Knowing the above will help you in lowering your scope to the thief(s) and nailing him(her, them), using your card to cash out whether offline or online wouldn't have been possible without having those "assets".

And finally, as someone said, head straight to the bank to file a complaint, also you should call your bank cc to block your card asap.

#200k was transferred into another account by the thief and #150k was withdrawn
