No matter how prosperous a country is, ambitious citizens would still travel to explore better opportunities.
Why are the Chinese, British, Americans etc in Nigeria when their country is far better than Nigeria?
There's nothing wrong with Nigerians going to Ghana just as other people come to Nigeria.
Italians, Israelis, Americans, Chinese all comit crimes in bigger magnitude, even dupe African leaders and govt through any means they can yet their govt will use diplomatic avenues to defend and protect them from facing trials in the country where they comit crimes and cover it up.

we dont hear about it,because they dont say they are Ghanians....
