I think Igbo will surely get 2023 presidency if they channel all their political energy in achieving it rather than ensuring Tinubu or Yoruba don't get it. I think the energy, strategy and other method igbo are using and will use from now should be more than enough to get the 2023 presidency.

Somehow, the Igbos believe they can't win a Presidential election in the present dispensation.
This is not due to the fault of the Yorubas but they love to blame the Yorubas especially Tinubu for this Liability.

However, they also feel they should prevent any other southerner from becoming a President in 2023 until when it will be feasible for them to win a presidential election.

In an artificially created heterogeneous country like Nigeria, every ethnic group try to work things in it's best interest.

Igbos believe that if they back Atiku and he wins, one of them will be Vice President and this will increase their Political relevance, with the hope of succeeding Atiku after his turn.
It wasn't greed but if Yorubas support Buhari and aspire to succeed him, Igbos will scream GREED!

The Yorubas' interest may or may not necessarily be the same with the interests of the Igbos.

Yorubas believe that they can be anything in Nigeria and are pursuing it but Igbos believe that they can only rise politically if Yorubas are held down, a very dangerous mentality if you ask me.

You're very right about this, pulling down the opponent instead of focusing on how to run faster has never really been a smart strategy to win anything. Also, crying over the acts of the opponents and whipping up sentiments has never really been a potent political strategy.

which fate... How many economic development has the current government recorded? Have those that lost their jobs regained it? Some of you are paid to come here and talk rubbish even though your children's life and the one after them are not secured.
