Governors often don't follow due process because the reason for any removal in the first instance is selfish |

Those that celebrated removal of Onnoghen should come and tell us their views on this. Bello has learnt from the master in Aso Rock, it's like a wild fire, it will spread to other states soon. |

The judge been a member of the judiciary is a party to this case. He will be biased. I think the legislature and judiciary jointly removing the chief judge seems fair enough. If Buhari can single handedly remove the CJN, his boy in Kogi try small by involving the legislative arm. Nigeria land of jungle |

Yayaha Bello has power to remove a Chief Judge of the State and appoint another person as replacement. Every state governor has that right without going through the NJC. Every President in Nigeria has that power from now on. President Buhari removed the Chief Justice of Nigeria, another arm of government without recourse to NJC and some Nigerians celebrated. Yayaha Bello, remove that CJ and appoint another one and nothing will happen. If they take you to Court, be bold and use Buhari as an example and tell them you didn't remove him but only suspended him for corruption and you are going to win the case. May God bless Yahaya Bello on this one |

Belo wanted to use same method Buhari used before election. It was a lesson well learnt from Buhari but unluckily to him, he wasn't Buhari who can destroy the law without opposition. A President that governs lawlessly. |

Yaya Bello is speedily ending his era with his actions and desperation. |

vedaxcool:What are you saying? I can't understand. But wait o, is it not illogical to flout constitution at will all in the name of achieving an end? You want to tell me that the way and manner in which CJN was removed is lawful, and the consequences of the action are good for the Nigerian Polity? I will stop there because slave will be embittered if he is tagged as such. |

vedaxcool:I now understand your "Kero" signature. See, blame-trade games and rationalizing misdemeanor on the strength of shortcomings of opposition are aberrations that portray APC unserious entity. How could you use campaign incident to justify the issue of poor governance. Am telling you, don't let us count slave in order to avoid disgrace. |

id911:There is no technicality to the highlighted. Buhari acted on court instruction to suspend Onnogbhen. Even if CCT is acting on Buhari's command there is no evidence to that. |
