The Chinese data analyst can only impress the his people from the other sides. EPL in 2018/2019 just concluded session didn't introduce the usage of VAR at the middle of the season simply because it was not agreed upon at the beginning of the season. On whose intention did Obi want INEC to use server/ VAR when the process was not signed into law before the general election in 2019. Like I said, Obi can continue to impress his people with the half truth he's known for

That is the constitutional provision 180days at tribunal (appeal court) for presidential and 60days at the supreme court full stop.

The tribunal is already 100days+ gone so do the maths.

It is a PENALTY by VAR!
