Pan Yoruba socio-political organisation, Afenifere led by Chief Reuben Fasoranti on Tuesday, described the faction led by Pa Ayo Fasanmi as traitors in Yorubaland who are unfit to be referred to as members of Afenifere.

Speaking on the visit of the visit of the Fasanmi-led group which include Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Chief Segun Osoba, Sen. Abiola Ajimobi, Sen. Adedayo Adeyeye and others to President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday, Yinka Odumakin, National Publicity Secretary of Afenifere said the Aso Rock visitors were not members of the organisation but rather, leaders of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the South- West.

“That was not Afenifere that met with Buhari. Bola Tinubu and his group are just members of APC South-West and if they have any dignity, they could never have called themselves Afenifere” Odumakin said.

Sooo, let me get this...Is Mr Odumakin saying Afenifere is against Yoruba visiting President Buhari? By this statement are they inferring that any Yoruba that visits President Buhari is a traitor?
