Not possible my dear. The value of the car in terms of durability, reliability and fuel efficiency is the reason for the cost. I personally don't fancy the car but considering what the car can do, people will still go for it even at higher cost.

Only thing constant is change my friend, there was once a time Volk wagen bettle, pegeout 504, passat at some point all took the place of the corrolla of today.

My question is what is d exact reason for it's expensiveness. Imagine, it's more expensive than Camry(big daddy) and same price with fairly used Highlander. We all know all Toyotas are rugged and economizes fuel so what's f difference in d car

You are right. But my comment is contextual. The OP said before the end of 2020. I personally know that the prices for those models can't crash to 700k /800k by the end of 2020.

With my little knowledge of automobiles, Toyota cars are more preferred by Nigerian users to their contemporaries. The corolla model is even more economical in terms of mpg compared to the camry and highlander models. It's more rugged than the yaris model which is also fuel efficient. The relatively low mpg and the value attached to the corolla is the reason why it is more expensive than the models you mentioned.
