A guitar sounds dreadful when out tune, so it’s important in your first lesson to learn how to successfully tune your instrument (there are three methods to choose from). You should check and adjust your tuning every time you start a practice session. When you first break a string you will want to know how to restring your guitar. Step by step instructions follow.
