Let us share some of the things we learnt about handwashing in our medical experience, maybe we will save someone's life. 7 Steps To Wash Your Hands Properly Step 1 - Wet your hands and apply enough soap (coin size). Step 2 - Rub your palms together. Step 3 - Rub the back of each hand. Step 4 - Rub both your hands while interlocking your fingers. Step 5 - Rub the back of your fingers. Step 5 - Rub the tips of your fingers. Step 6 - Rub your thumbs and the ends of your wrists. Step 7 - Rinse your hands with running water before closing the tap/faucet with toilet paper. Make a habit to wash your hands before and after eating, after playing outdoors, after using toilets, after sneezing or coughing, before and after being around with someone who is ill. It may seem a small gesture but it has a big impact in ensuring you stay healthy. From all of us @ : HEALTH IS WEALTH
Hack Alert. I laugh, But how many Nigerians are living in a house that has running water?. Only God protects not even our hygiene processes. We are really suffering. |

One day, I saw one boy as I was sitting at the top of my home in Kogi state, he was hawking fried fish. He was pressed and went to a refuse dump to poo, can't say if he got what to clean himself with or not, he started rubbing his ass on the street and cleaning himself, then picked his wares to go. Since that day, I hardly buy anything edible from hawkers especially children. |

I don't know people are still doing this dirty practice. If I've not used soap to watch my hands even after eating, I'm not contented. |

phelonrays:it is not serious that way man, do you know that most soaps have disinfectants that can kill bacteria right away even after washing your hands? if you know your hands are so dirty before switching on the tap, courtesy demands that you find another way to switch on the tap, maybe using your arm or cleaning up the tap after using it. I think that will solve the problem. |

This is because when you rub your palms together, the middle dont get to touch each other fully |

From all of us @ : HEALTH IS WEALTH
You forgot to add: Wash your hands and mouths thoroughly with anti-bacterial soap and antiseptic mouthwash after handling joysticks and vjay jays which could be infected with STDs/Herpes. So you don't go kissing cute innocent babies and infecting them with herpes. My 10 cents. |
