Its Documented that General Coward Ojuckwu was the one who relied on western mecenery and yoruba army commaders heading biafra troops. As for Awolowo he reached a peak as western region premier and federal minister, he died an hero in his sleep at 70 ,... Ojuckwu also died at 70 after running from battle, lossing senetorial, presidential and all political post in Igbo land... he left behind a wife whose love for fani kayode's peepee is unrivaled and kids who spent a decade fighting for inheritance like greedy scavagers..... oh and Dipo diya a 2nd in command (a position no igbo never enjoyed) begged for his life and he lived while abacha died a horrific death.
