2. Water pump or supply.
3. Hose.
4. Pressure water spray.
5. Washing materials, I mean liquid soap.
6. Good water absorbent cloths.
7. Good scrubbing brushes.
8. Chairs

You forgot the major part which is expertise and little knowledge of how a car electronics works to avoid stories that touches the heart.
OP can also add wax and polish for detailing the car further just to set yourself apart with a spark from the finish touch on clients car.
