We have been hearing from some quarters that the NNPC makes use of quota system in order to make sure all states are well represented in the Corporation. Due to this, a candidate in education advantage states might be qualified and not picked if he/she is competing with more and better brains from his state or possibly his/her local govt, while an average candidate might get employed in education disadvantage areas.

Because of this, I created this pool so that everyone will know at least numbers of people competing against from his/her state (nairaland is home to most of the candidates so it will be fair to get something close to actual figures).

How will you differentiate the likes for Experienced hire from Graduate trainee because they would be grouped differently.

This pool will end up been lopsided. This is because the Buhari kinsmen aren't on nairaland to click the aforementioned state. So is flawed already.
