Great flick, with very very funny martial art scenes that are definitely gonna leave you rolling on the floor with laughter. The flick was very weird, and very funny at the same time. For all you fans of Jackie Chan action comedy flicks, go see this movie, maximum laughs guaranteed.

Hero-

What struck me the most was the colours of the costumes and environment with each narrative. They change as the narrative changes, and are completely unified although with some variations here and there. Brilliant crimson, then sky blue (even the water in the fight scene was clear, clean and blue), and then pure white. There is a brief flash of life echoing green where Broken Sword and Falling Snow meet and fall in love (I am guessing this signifies new beginnings). The colour white, based on the climax, I think signifies purging, awareness and truth.

Very nice.

I will ignore all the flying upandan and give this movie 8/10, mostly because of the theme and it's colourful and elaborate presentation- U-N-I-T-Y

A flawed film can be entertaining. Bright had lazy world building and some silly plot points, but I was still entertained by it. Jupiter Ascending was a large disappointment, but the world building was so excellent that I still kinda want a better produced sequel. Granted, I now view it as a comedy.

I am watching 'Hero'. The English dub. That sex scene at the beginning is the most awkward and melodramatic sex scene I have ever watched. My eyebrows practically touched my scalp.

how is it weird? For me I loved every bit of it. The Street Fighter stunt did it for me. Was a total reminded of the nonsense Jean Claude Van Damme did.
