It has been officially announced that all the states in the federation is included in the RUGA settlement implementation plan and from all indications it seem territories has been mapped out for it.

Government at the center kee una there. Gazatted or not, our law on land use is simple. We will revoke any gazatted land and return them to the state governments. No room for terrorists in the East.
