And i don't have a laptop, i want to know if i can host a website and buy a domain name and as well upload an open source forum on the website with my andriod phone?

Follow the below step:
1. Go to https://hostmane.com
2. Search for your domain
3. Add your desired hosting package for as low as $6 per year (<#2,200) or higher
4. Complete your order by making payment.
5. Check your email for hosting account information. This should arrive in less than 1 minute.
6. Login to cPanel with the information provided in the email received. You may choose to wait for the domain to propagate for a few hours or proceed via the temporary cPanel URL provided in the email.

All this can be done on a good Android phone (that doesn't lag), u can also free some space to improve your device performance, and yes, u can set up your forum with mobile phone, though it will be less efficient and slow, but its possible.

A good phone with a nice processor and Ram speed is cool , you need an offline server, you need to understand how to work with offline server app like php.
You need code editor e.g Dcoder app. You need to have good knowledge of file manager e.g xplore. You need to
understand offline to on migration.
web hosting and all.
And that is how far I can say for now.

If you're really serious about building a site, I'll never advise you to do that with a phone. There are minimal programs and algorithm simulator for Android device. Coding a production website with a phone is very time consuming and inefficient. So I'll never advice you to do so. You can actually still cope if you're maybe building a minimal website with all these blog hosting service like or those wapsites like wapka and the rest. That doesn't even mean it'll still be convenient.
But then you're talking about coding a forum.

So please, for your own sake, just ignore those pushing you to go on with it. You'll become frustrated at a point, trust me.

Probably you can write html on your phone and run it on chrome. But the overall coding and debugging is too difficult to run on a mobile. On the long run, you'll just be wasting your time typing things on mobile and then correcting them.

You can just save yourself the stress by hiring someone to do it for you.... Or better still get a PC.

yes you can, but the problem is you wouldn't be able to edit something's....... you need to get a PC even if it a mini laptop,...... download Xammp so you can learn it offline,...I can't really remember the app I used on my android phone....I started with my android phone(gionee p5) before I move to using laptop.

It is possible and very easy
You can achieve this using any android phone. All you need is an up to date browser.

How much is laptop? with 10k there is no way you will not find a laptop to manage for a start.

Most of the textbook I used were borrowed and the people who have it have no business having it in the first place. Try borrow in and deal wirh the initial stage move over to phone

laptops down here are not cheap like that.

Borrowing a laptop would be stressful depending on the owner of the laptop.

I once beg my hostel mate for a laptop just to host a site couple of months ago, he refused.

I can't come and kill myself begging him like a wretched soul while there are some options out there.

Absolutely yes!
You can start with a good Android phone only if you are passionate and consistent with what you're about to engage yourself in.

Forum requires some level of programming knowledge to be able to manage and add some functionalities to it, but unfortunately, most of the features and functionalities requires the use of PC.

If you want to open a Forum for educational purpose, you can manage Android phone but if you want to build something professional, you will definitely need a PC.
