FCDA entry Level for Engineers is Grade-Level 09 Step 02. And the Pay is 82k but Deductions for your Pension Contributors, your National Health insurance Scheme, Your National Housing Fund and your Federal Civil Service Union Contribution reduces the money to 70k+.. Then Every Year you increase in Step, your Salary increase by about 3to5k until Highest 3years you're due for Promotion, then you get promoted to next Level (10) and Your Salary Shoots up and that's how it goes on for you till the Next 35years Enjoy and Welcome on board. 3 Likes |
