RUGA is not new. There were ranches for cattle since the 50s From Cross River to Ondo states. The difference here is that Federal Government wants to build it only for Fulani from the North.

Yoruba, Efik, Edo or Igbo would welcome RUGA as long as they are manned by indigenes.

Not many people think along this line. We must try as much as possible to look for options, not just being unnecessarily emotional. Communities have been given the option to accept or reject this plan.
