Police do not get involved in arguments.... they give instructions.... failing to follow instructions can lead to death. Confronting the Police is more likely to end in death. This guy argued with ... then confronted the Police... I don't see the need for the rampage.

But then, if you have any inkling of how it is in villages in Igboland, you will realize that the police isn't the reason for low crime rate.
Crime rate is low in rural areas in the SE. The NPF isn't the reason, and they probably haven't got the foggiest idea how the people keep law and order within their communities.
