Bro, I buried my mum a few weeks ago and Obianọ was there. I didn't even give him much attention as I had more important people in attendance. I repeat, Chinonso mụ na gị abụrọ ọgbọ. Go to Isi and ask them how many plots of land I bought in the new development just after Ngozika, I bought almost the entire village. Ask that Okpuno princess that sells land as agent.

This planting of trees is a commendable effort, but i hope it's sustained!

To have that tree-lined look on major highways and streets of Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi, etc, the effort has to be centrally coordinated and the trees planted need to be protected and possibly watered regularly in their early stages. What i'm seeing makes me wonder if the trees would have the chance to survive given how we treat our environment! They could easily be 'marched' on or eaten up by goats if they're not cared for in their initial stages.

I would have preferred a situation where the state gov't would commission established bodies like say the Catholic Church, Boys Scouts, Girls Guide, etc, to plant and tend to the trees till they reach maturity. The way they're doing it now doesn't hold out much promise that the effort would be sustained and the trees planted nurtured properly to maturity!

You are not also helping to curb the menace of Chino in this thread. I love the way you always defend Obiano against Peter Obi in this thread because to be honest, Obiano is many times better and has performed better but, the time you started insulting one guy calling him an "Ebonyi man" and asking him to return to Ebonyi, you really fall my hand big time. You have allowed the stupid rants of 3 major people on this thread to affect your sense of judgment and reasoning. Imagine Lagosians and Hausa people asking Anambra people to leave Lagos and Abuja and return to their "poverty ridden land"? How will you feel. You told that guy that it is because Ebonyi state is underdeveloped that is why they are found all over Anambra, is it also because Anambra is poor and underdeveloped that has made NdiAnambra to be living outside Anambra state since time memorial? They are more sons and daughters of Anambra living in other parts of Nigeria than those living in Anambra state, so is Anambra not conducive for living? Its better you continue with the political arguments than divert into stupid decisive arguments.
