That's a very good price, I have a property that I rent out in that area and ota about same price this one is even much more classier

The location is not too open (Abaranje). I'm just surprised cos you can get cheaper houses at ikotun which is considered more exposed than the former.

The price is set. If you can't afford it, allow those who can to do so. There are so many apartments in Ikotun within the prices you mentioned. Go for them and be at peace with yourself. Better still, drink water and move along. It does help.

I am amazed someone in the 21st Century sits before their phone and values a property.
I don't understand how someone who doesn't know how to value properties comes online and determines an apartment to be at a certain price.

Besides, tenants are in the other apartments in that same compound paying same rent with no issues, or have homes become prisons where you have no free will to choose where to stay with your hard-earned money?
