That's not true though. Most smart people I've listened to from journalists to scientists to public intellectuals to economic analysts don't talk using fillers like "erm" the way Obama does. Using fillers is usually indicative of a limited vocabulary.

This Jackye girl is pretty but has too high an opinion of herself.
