This cannot be true. Even an 18year old qualified and experienced will be favoured over an 27year old qualified. Experience plays a great role, but a younger workforce will be favoured any day albeit the specific requirement for expertise and certain years of experience. I have applied for a job before. I was not qualified experience-wise, but I was shortlisted at the expense of older contenders. |

And their target now are the very young after ignoring the young of years back and not giving them jobs and they say they are too old today with no experience. These days only graduates of private universities and those who schooled abroad (Already wealthy and comfortable ) get sustainable jobs. |
