PRESIDENT BUHARI RE-APPOINTS BOSS MUSTAPHA, ABBA KYARI President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the re-appointment of Mr Boss Mustapha as Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), and Malam Abba Kyari as Chief of Staff (COS) to the President.
