yeah true.
I know people abuse those lights too many times.
I use it when rains are too heavy,like really heavy because I feel those DRLs aren't enough or when I am driving dangerously,overspeeding in cases of emergency.
My hazards cancels immediately I touch the pointer stick too so I don't worry much about it.

For what purpose is this please? Don't you think the water on the road already has reduced traction/friction on the tires already? Adding oil will skid the car off the road entirely.
