How do I stop My phone from sending SMS Everytime I changed SIM
I can't remember when last I set it to do that maybe on my previous stolen phone infinix note4.
Presently using Gionee m5

Go and disable the anti theft

The moment i saw the topic, i knew it must be a GIONEE phone.
There's no permanent way to fix it unless you root your phone, it has something to do with GIONEE salestrack which sends user statistics to some Chinese phone numbers.(you'll notice that the charges are not local). The only way to disable it is to root your phone that you can edit the "build.prop" file in system root.

If you can't root your phone...


What you can do is to clear the user data of your messaging app or restore your phone, so that the messaging app will ask for your permission first before sending the messages(in which you have to always click disallow). And never click "remember my choice" ever again whenever you want to send text messages.

Go to anti theft.i used a Gionee M5 mini. I put my elder brothers phone number in my anti theft
Anytime I switched Sims,he got a message. I had to switch the damn thing off
