Fulham Football Club Management Staff Arrive Akwa Ibom State, To scout players from FC ONE Academy

The management staff of Fulham Football Club of London in England, this evening arrived Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital with a mission of scouting talented and young players from ONE Football Club academy.

Receiving them at the Victor Attah International Airport, the Chairman, Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly Committee on Youth, Sports and Security, Rt. Hon. Otuekong Nse Essien said the management staff are on a two-day visit to the State, and that they are coming to collaborate with the State government especially in developing the sporting sector.

Otuekong Nse Essien said while they are in Uyo, the Fulham FC management staff will watch the training session of ONE FC Academy

Scouts don't just pack their bags and go anywhere, if Akwa Ibom and Real Madrid's scouts have come to Akwa Ibom, it just means the Akwa Ibom government is doing something right, and working hard on developing grassroots football and also working hard on enticing scouts to visit the state...

Maybe the South South and eastern officials make moves to bring the scouts in. Other regions can ask and emulate instead of complain.
