Canada ko canary ni. Convert that 4million naira into dollars first and ask yourself whether it will be enough for him to invest in Canada. Think of the cost of living. I will advice him to change his mind and invest in Nigeria. There are lot of people that doesn't even have up to that amount and still doing fine in Nigeria. Some even do buying and selling from overseas without staying permanently in another man's country. U can ask our Igbo brothers for more enquiry if u wanna know.

Now, I know of someone that invested about 2 million naira as at 2015/2016 for studies (half payment of tuition fees) in Canada and within 2 years he got his Permanent Residency at least because he met the right click that guided him (no be arrangy marriage oo).
If the dude wants to travel then all good. No doubt, money dey Naija but what's the assurance..

This is the best advice for you, any country you go to; it Will take you minimum of 5-7 years to stand straight that is if you are lucky. you must be ready to go back to school. that 4m can take you to USA or Canada. but you have a better chance in Canada than here in USA because of the way American is right now. you cannot get paper to stay. Canada is a little bit okay for now. Do not trust anyone with your money many of them are scammer. Best of lucky.

Someone I know just entered Japan a month ago. I helped him to sell his eod to add up money for trip. According to him he spent close to 2,5m on the trip visa inclusive. With what he told us this few days , I feel like disappearing and appearing in Japan.

Mind you, it's using student visa
Especially Masters.
There are good schools in Hannover and Berlin.
You can work after getting ur permit after a month.
I've got cousins over there and they made close to €2500 a month if you hustle hard.

Nigeria is a mess.
Try investing in Nigeria and hate yourself later on.

In Japan work full every where...you go earn money tire...if is business you go see product especially car part to ship to naija . In Australia you make lots of money taking care of disabled people
